Notes:
 

* The standard for students relates to the total number of students attending an educational establishment, rather than full-time equivalent figures.
   
 

For mixed-use development, the gross floorspace given over to each use should be used to calculate the overall total maximum parking figure.
   
 

Minimum Disabled Car Parking Standards
  Disabled parking will be provided at all developments to an appropriate minimum standard that will be determined from the relevant maximum standard prior to any discounting, and will be additional to the final discounted level of parking.  The appropriate standards are shown in the following table;
