Map Menu This allows you to select the Proposals Map (which is the overall map of Wealden) or any of the 64 Inset Maps, (which are more detailed maps for the areas within the blue boxes shown on the Proposals Map). |

| - | Use the Zoom In button to select an area on the map (hold down the right-hand mouse button). | ||
| - | The map will re-draw. | ||
| - | Use the Navigation Tools to manipulate the map as appropriate, e.g. Zoom In, Pan Around. | ||
| - | To identify which Local Plan Policies affect an area on the map, click on the Policy Information button on the right-hand side of the screen and then on the required part of the map. Details of the policies will be listed below the Policy Information button (see Policy Information Tool below for further details about this function). | ||
| Note: If the required area of the map is contained within a Blue Box (numbered), this indicates there is an inset map, which should be viewed - see below. | |||

View Documents These links take you directly to the main documents relating to the Local Plan, instead of accessing them from the Proposals Map. |

Find a Site/Address Please note that this function only works with the Proposals Map. Click
the reset button in Map Navigation to return to the Proposals Map at anytime. |

| - | Enter a postcode, e.g. TN33 9HS (with the space). With a partial postcode, click GO and then select the full postcode from the drop down list. | ||
| - | Click GO. | ||
| - | The map will redraw centred on your selected postcode. | ||
| - | Use the Navigation tools as necessary to move around the map. | ||
| Note: If area on the map is within a Blue Box (numbered), this indicates there is an inset map. Return to the Proposals Map (by either clicking the Reset button or clicking on "Click Here" on the left-hand side of the screen. Select the appropriate inset map from the drop down list and the map will re-draw. | |||

Policy Information Tool To view relevant policies in the Written Statement: |

Click on point of interest on map. A list of the policies that apply to that area or site will appear below the Tool Button. |

Click on a policy title / number of interest. A new window appears showing the contents of the chapter containing the policy. Where more than one policy number is listed, the link will take you to the Index of Policies. |

Scroll down the Index of Policies and click on the relevant links to look at the policy details. |
