Welcome to the online version of the Salford City Council Unitary Development Plan 2004-2016. The Proposals Map is available here in an interactive format. Please note: The City of Salford Unitary Development Plan 2004 - 2016 was adopted by the city council on 21 June 2006, but a number of policies contained within it expired on 21 June 2009. The full UDP Written Statement as adopted on 21 June 2006 can still be accessed via the City Council's main UDP webpages. The Proposals Map also reflects the relevant allocations contained within the Greater Manchester Joint Waste Development Plan Document, which became part of Salford's adopted development plan on 1 April 2012. The adopted Waste Plan can be accessed via the relevant webpage on the city council's website.

			Written Statement
			The Written Statement sets out the spatial vision, objectives and policies for managing development across the Salford area. The document is in html format. Click on the icon to the left to launch the Written Statement.
