Please note that as part of the process of updating Local Plans and replacing them with Local Development Frameworks, the Distict Council was obliged to submit to the Secretary of State a list of policies which it wished to continue to be part of the area's Development Plan. As a result of this process as from the 27th September 2007 the Secretary of State has determined that the following policies will no longer be part of the area's Development Plan: |
