WRITTEN STATEMENT
 
The Alterations to the Borough Local Plan were adopted on 8th January 2004 and with the adopted Local Plan (29 December 1997) now form the Borough Local Plan to the year 2011
 
Together with the Cheshire Replacement Structure Plan the Borough Local Plan comprises the Development Plan for the Borough of Macclesfield, excluding that part of the Borough which lies in the Peak National Park
 
Policies which have not been Saved or which have been replaced are shown with strike through text.  These policies no longer form part of the development plan for Macclesfield and, where possible, annotations have been removed from the on-line Proposals Map.
