Introduction
Welcome to the online version of the Adopted edition of the Macclesfield Borough Local Plan. Both the Written Statement and the Mapping are available in a unique, yet user-friendly, interactive format.
Policies which have not been Saved or which have been wholly replaced are shown with strike through text.  These policies no longer form part of the development plan for the Macclesfield Borough Local Plan and, where possible, annotations have been removed from the on-line Proposals Map.  Policies which have been partially replaced are shown with dashed underlined text.
			Maps
			The maps comprise a Proposals Map and associated Insets. Using the various tools provided on the map template, you can select any area of the Plan and find information about the policies/proposals, simply by clicking on your chosen site. Click on the icon on the left to launch the map template. Please refer to Technical Requirements if the template does not appear to load correctly in your web browser.
