Welcome to the online version of the Havant Borough District-Wide Local Plan (HBDWLP). Both the Written Statement and the Proposals Map are available here in a user-friendly and interactive format.
 
From the 1st October 2008 only certain policies from the HBDWLP have been 'saved' for continued use. Policies that are no longer relevant have been struck through on the map key and full policy text. The ‘saved’ policies will be reviewed and reduced in number as progress is made on the emerging Local Development Framework documents.

 Using the various tools provided on the map template you can select any area of the Plan and find information about the policies/proposals that relate to that area, by clicking on your chosen site. Click on the icon on the left to launch the map template. Please refer to the Technical Requirements help page if the template does not appear to load correctly in your web browser.

Written Statement

 The written content of the Plan comprises a Written Statement document in html format. Click on the icon to the left to launch the Written Statement.
 

Please note the mapping element within this presentation only functions on a PC. It uses Java technology to provide an exciting range of tools that enable you to quickly retrieve the information you may require from the online maps.
