DELETED UDP POLICIES AS OF 28th SEPTEMBER 2007

Following a direction from the Secretary of State, the fifty-six policies listed in the table below will be deleted from the Harrow Unitary Development Plan (HUDP) from Friday, 28 September 2007. This is because the policies repeat and/or are inconsistent with national or regional policy.

In the interim, relevant policies in the London Plan, the London Plan Further Alterations and "saved" policies of the HUDP will apply.

Deleted policies have been struck out and are shown as such in the HUDP.

The Council will continue to review its "saved" policies and may periodically update the list of deleted policies when it adopts its Core Strategy and other Development Plan Documents or following amendments to national/regional policy.
