Fife Council will work in partnership with the community to promote the continued implementation of environmental improvements, landscaping and provision of community facilities at the Waterfront.

Cupar Road Masterplan Proposal Pr46
Fife Council will produce a masterplan and planning brief for the Cupar Rd development area (h58). This will identify suitable location, design, layout and long term phasing of comprehensive residential development for the whole land area between Newburgh and Burnside. It will also identify the collective requirements for the provision of employment land and community facilities associated with this development.
