The following are INCLUDED
within the total frontage length: |
| i) |
All retail and commercial frontages (A1,
A2, A3, B1), including any display windows, doors or blank walls forming
part of the unit. |
| ii) |
Non retail frontages which are clearly
part of the overall street frontage, rather than being set back from
it. |
| iii) |
Entrances to basements, upper floors or
the rear of premises. |
| iv) |
Outstanding planning consents are included
when calculating frontages in particular uses. |
| v) |
Both sides of the street are included
when the overall frontage is calculated. |
